1. The candidate will be in house legal counsel for the firm

2. Candidate will be responsible for handling all matters relating to the litigation for and on behalf of the firm.

3. Candidate will be advising on the legality of various day to day matters of the firm and it's clients.

4. Candidate will help out in formulating updating policies to be put in place in a legal context for the firm and it's clients.

5. Candidate will represent the firm in front of Judicial and Quasi Judicial bodies as and when required.

6. Candidate will be involved in negotiations of various deals and arrangments for the firm and it's clients as and when required.

7. legal document handling.

8. Corporate investigation and Due Diligence.

Qualification, Experience and Preconditions:

The applicant should have the following qualifications and experience in the field of Legal litigation:

1. A valid degree and registration to practice Law in India.

2. Prior experience in Litigation matters preferably as lead counsel.

3. Corporate experience will be preferred.

4. Should be able to speak fluent English and Hindi

5. Should be will to work and stay in Surat, Gujarat

6. Must have a smart, brave, loyal and confident personality.

7. Leadership qualities and Ambitious outlook.
