• Provide vital advice to the management on legal pronouncement / developments
• Drafting various agreements
• Interact & coordinate with Lawyers / Solicitors in the process
• Handling litigation & non litigation matters
• Visisting courts
• Interacting and coordinating with lawyers
• Monitoring and Ensuring regular & timely compliances pertaining to RERA for all register entities.
• Ensure timely registration of new projects to be registered under the RERA Act.
• Supports juniors in compilation of necessary information of RERA compliances as and when needed.
• Regularly updating Management & respective stakeholders regarding any changes recommended in this statutory requirement.
• Reporting to Management regularly related to compliance status of each Project.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
