Qualification & Eligibility: -

1.The candidate should be a MBA/LLM/Law
2. Worked as Legal Advisor more than 5year’s
3. Should have good communication skill
4. Handling Escalation legal cases by Drafting, Mailing etc.

5. Statutory compliances, Legal cases, Contract Law, Legal Law, Notices etc.

6. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures

7. Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies

Job Description: -

1. Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.

2. Providing advice on legal matters.

3. Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents/Letters.

4. Reviewing legal material related to retention of company cases.

5. Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.

6. Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.

7. Responsible for recovery and collection of payments from big clients.

8. Good hold with the police and legal jurisdiction.

9. Should have good experience in handling police cases (Delhi NCR).

10. Visit the concerned police stations to do the legal proceedings.

11. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

12. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the case.

13. Handling all the legal law which is mandatory for organization.

14. Send to reply if any legal notice received by organization discussed with related Team.

15. Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues

16. Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
