Key Responsibilities
- The candidate will have the following Key Responsibilities;
- Exposure in drafting, negotiating and finalization of agreements, contracts, etc. of the company;
- Exposure in handling litigations, consumer disputes, legal notices, recovery matters, etc.
- Capable of attending Court proceedings and follow up with the lawyers;
- Drafting of Reply to Consumer notices, drafting of Recovery Notice, Statutory Notice under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881;
- Exposure in Legal Record Management and Legal MIS;
- Supporting auditors by providing requisite documents and information;
- Legal Research work on specific subjects depending upon the requirements.
The candidate should possess the following skills;
- Should have exposure in working in a Company or corporate law firm;
- Should have experience in handling various agreements and legal documentations;
- Should have court proceeding and should have experience in managing litigations, Legal Notices, etc.
- Should be good in legal research and advisory.
- Keeping abreast with regulatory updates and enactments applicable on business.
Having a working knowledge of:
- Consumer Laws;
- Contract Laws;
- Competition Laws;
- Indian IPR Laws;
- Legal Metrology Laws; and
- Negotiable Instrument.
