Work with Vendors and Internal Stakeholders to draft and finalize agreements (MSA’s; SOW’s etc).
Work with Vendors and external consultants to ensure appropriate compliance related to Principal Employer, Contract Labour Compliances (minimum wages, working hours, ESI, PF, POBA etc) including periodic reporting.
Manage mandatory reporting requirements of DOT/STPI.
Work with Finance Team and external consultants to ensure documentation related to Transfer Pricing are created and kept updated.
KYC of Designated Partners.
KSE Act compliances related appointments, local kannadiga appointment ratio, shift working approvals etc.
Cab Transport arrangement compliances related to women safety, escort provision etc.
For review with HR on topics related to NPS, POBA, Minimum Wages, ESI etc.
Draft Local Policies and Procedures (If need be) or adopt global policies with a caveat to include local regulatory mandates.
MCA compliances, drafting resolutions etc.
To available to represent Apptio India to local regulators and authorities.
Assist HR, Admin Department in drafting of letters/responses (ex: termination letter in case involuntary separations, replies to labour departments, police departments on their enquiries).
Provide regular updates to management on upcoming changes in laws impact Apptio India business model etc.
Assist with obtaining and documenting Apptio signatures of contractual documents.
Assist Finance team with Adhoc compliance requirements and local accounting.
Assist Finance and other stakeholders in payment of statutory fees.
Qualifications
LLB with 4-5 years of experience
Reporting to : Director – Finance, Legal & Compliance
Good written & oral communication skills.
Excellent drafting skills; contract negotiation.
Proficient in tracking amendments/updates related to acts/regulations.
Proficient in managing relationship with regulators.
