Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria: Officers of Centra/State Govt./ Union Territories/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Local Bodies/ Autonomous Bodies/universities:-

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department; or
• With 5 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 12 of Pay Matrix under 7th CPC (Pre-revised PB 4 + GP Rs 7600/-)in the parent cadre/ department; or
• Possessing Degree in law from a recognized University.
