Bondsman

A bondsman man in literal sense means a person who stands surety of a person. Role of a bondsman is very much clear from its name itself it means that he will be standing as. A surety for a person. Bondsman can be an individual, company or agency who works as a surety and complete bonding paper work with an accused. If needed he can also act as a bondsman in receiving payments and tracking down the person from whom he is acting as a bondsman and bring that person to court. Usually this person 'bondsman' is there when someone is accused of an offence and he needs a person for assurance.
