Some of the common explanations are
A was running a Smelting company and B was residing adjacent to the company. The fumes from the smelting company damaged the trees and shrubs of the B. B sued A for this act of nuisance. The court granted an order of injunction and hence awarded special damages to B.
Here the court has abated the nuisance through an order of Injunction.
