Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide services pertaining to drafting, negotiation and review of agreements and other Legal Documents, including but not limited to Term Sheets, MOU, Share Purchase Agreement, Transfer of Business Agreements, Trade Agreements etc.
2. To provide Incorporation Services such as drafting of Shareholder Agreements, Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association.
3. To facilitate and support the Company Secretary in filing documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
4. Facilitate in preparation of documents, petitions as well as research in all kinds of corporate matters including NCLT, NCLAT, IBC proceedings.
5. Strategising and assisting in Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
6. To assist clients in securing Project Finance, including through means of Joint Ventures or Equity-sharing.
7. Support the incubation of startups as well as positioning established Firms to get the benefits of relevant regulatory schemes and best corporate practice.
8. To assist global & Indian collaborations, JVs, Consortiums and partnerships.
9. To find the right investor mix and funding sources and foster local and global collaborations and partnerships.
10. Consulting in matters pending in Enforcement Directorate, Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Securities and Exchange board of India etc and other White Collar economic and corporate offences/disputes.

Other Responsibilities

1. A law degree from a National Law University (NLUs).
2. Holistic and multi-dimensional capacity to understand the Indian corporate regime and similar international laws
3. Good command in drafting and researching
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Post Qualification Experience (PQE) of at least 5+ years

Job Type – Permanent job with an initial probation period of 3 months.

CTC– As per industry standards.

Office Timings – Office timings are 10:00 A.M to 7:00 P.M, Monday - Saturday
