To verify title and certify clear and marketable of the Properties given as security
To coordinate with the Vendors ensure the legal due diligence of properties is done within the stipulated TAT.
To provide legal solutions to mitigate the risks offered as security
To manage litigation filed by or against PNBHFL and coordinate with the Vendors for speedy disposal of cases
To reply issue legal notices on behalf of PNBHFL
To monitor PDD documents and maintain MIS for tracking the PDD documents
To maintain Mis in excel sheet to measure the TAT from the legal initiation till the receipt of the title report
