Description: This role involves preparing technical documentation relating to patent infringement and invalidation. The role requires critical thinking ability along with technical knowledge and problem solving abilities. Working knowledge of electronics is required but a qualification in electronics is not mandatory. You should be comfortable with tackling technical material while understanding the legal impact it has, as you may have to work in fields that are outside your field of specialisation.
