Contract Management Services (Contract Repository)

Client Contract // Facilities Vendor Contract // Service Vendor Contract // Client Service Vendor Contract // Ensuring Completeness of Contracts Repository // Tracking the Renewals // Periodic Audit of Client Masters Fees etc. // Not sure first reading of the contracts. templates etc.

Compliance Tracker Maintenance.

Tracking the Open Legal/Compliance Matters e.g. notices from different authorities.

Legal Documentation.

Skills:-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Drafting contracts, letters, etc.

Good attention to detail to be able to carefully analyze files and data.

Experience in Contract Paralegal/managing contract database would be an added advantage.

Ability to manage multiple tasks or caseloads.

Legal research skills and the desire to develop the understanding of the law.

General IT Skills MS Word, MS Excel Etc.

Experience:- 2 Years.+

CTC:- Upto 4.00 LPA.

Job Location:- Pune (Vimman Nagar).

Shift:- 2 PM Onwards UK Shift Timings.
