Eligibility: Legal background is mandatory. Teaching, coaching, counselling or customer service (client-facing) experience would be relevant, although not mandatory.


Responsibilities:

  • Making calls to learners (daily targets)
  • Monitor feedback and issue resolution
  • Career guidance to learners (training will be given)
  • Mentor learners and help them with their queries
  • Internal coordination with course teams


Requirements of the role:

  • Graduate in any field with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in teaching, coaching, counselling or customer service (client-facing).
  • Excellent oral communication skills especially on the phone
  • Ability to interact with people and establish a rapport quickly
  • Coachable, responsible and willing to learn and work hard
  • Know-how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Google Apps (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Meet)
  • Ability to work dynamically and adapt to role changes
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to work congenially with a team
