Responsibilities

• Drafting/ Vetting of all kinds of agreements/ contracts etc. including negotiations
• Replies to legal notices/ SCN independently
• Well-versed with Indian laws and global compliances
• Works as Liaisoning officer between organization and other parties
• Confident and capable enough to handle calls with Customers/ vendors/ other parties independently & globally
• Worked with any Start-up or growing company will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills

Qualifications

• 6-8 years
• Law graduate from Premier Law College/University
• Attitude wise person should be go getter, proactive, strategic in thought process
• Drafting, Contract Negotiating, Compliance skills
