Dealing with all types of Court Cases in connection with the Arbitration work related to USBRL Project, J&K, Contract/s Arbitration, Legal vetting of Tender Documents, LOA, Preparation of Legal replies, rejoinders, Dealing with RTI matters. Legal inputs for Arbitration cases, Legal Assistance in registration with various authorities, Assistance in execution of lease deeds of accommodations hired by KRCL at J&K and its renewal from time to time, Co-ordination with Legal Cell at Corporate Office and Legal Consultants appointed by KRCL for USBRL Project, J&K. Monitoring and Maintaining the data, Positions of Court Cases and Arbitration cases, Information related to Arbitration cases, Payment to legal Consultants appointed by KRCL. Any other works as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB– full time degree from recognized Institution /University).
• Candidates must have minimum 03- years experience in handling with Arbitration matters relating to mega projects worth Rs.1000 Cr and above of any Central / State Govt / PSU’s / Reputed Private Companies involving high stake claims
• Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in handling Arbitration matters relating to Civil Construction works of Railway Projects / Metro Railway Projects /Major Bridges / Tunnels.
