- Drafting and vetting International agreements with Clients and Vendors
- Liaison with statutory authorities and consultants
- Assisting in Legal Audit and compliances
- Managing Company Secretarial activities of the Group Companies
- Assist in framing the polices and procedure for Legal and Compliance perspective
- Compliance Calendar and Reporting – Prepare agenda, notice, explanatory for Board, General, and committee meetings.
- Prepare and maintain minutes of Board, General & Committee meetings. Ensure compliance under various statutes on the requirement of meetings of various Board committees.
Qualifications
- A Professional with educational background of LLB& CS with 3 to 5 year of relevant exp.
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- Exposure in dealing with International Agreements

- Intra company departments
- Statutory Bodies
- External Agencies / Consultants
About Organisation
The Team Supports in day to day affair of Legal and Compliance work, coordinating with different department of the company, Maintenance of the Legal records and monitoring the internal Compliance management tool.
