Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Drafting criminal complaints and assisting the UIDAI Counsel
- Interaction with RO's on matters relating to Enforcement
- To provide advice on different legal issues pertaining to Enforcement Division under Aadhaar Act.
- Update information on various court cases where criminal complaint has been filed by UIDAI.
- Follow up of various criminal cases filed by UIDAI and other criminal cases filed suo moto by police under Aadhaar Act along with end to end monitoring and reporting.
- To handle, compile and follow up with Regional offices of UIDAI into all complaints received relating to illegal immigrants/ foreign nationals
- Any other matters relating to enforcement.
- Enable and Assist in forensic Investigation.
- Work collaboratively with team performing similar tasks across other service areas to ensure consistency in approach and quality of work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 02 years
- Experience in handling legal matters in PSU / Companies / Corporate
- Houses I Law Fin11S / Law Research Institution.
