Legitt Global Advisory is looking for a student, currently in an LL.B. course from a reputed law school, who is interested in corporate and financial laws and looking to gain exposure to SEBI Laws, the practicality of Venture Capital Fund & Private Equity, and transactional practices.

Role of the Interns

You will mostly be assigned work over email.

The intern would be involved in legal research on a proposition, assisting in the drafting of a definitive agreement, and compliance-related works.

Eligibility

• Law student from a reputed law school
• Student of 3rd or 4th year from reputed law school with interest and inclination towards the corporate laws would be preferred.
