Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct intensive research requiring analytical and comparative study of the discrimination and harassment laws of state of California and India
2. Understand and analyze the substantive and procedural aspects of employment laws of state of California and India
3. Research and work closely with the associates as and when needed
4. Assist the associates in drafting motions, oppositions, replies
5. Assist discovery procedures (evidence collection) by drafting responses to discovery requests
