Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle matters related to contract disputes, torts, class action, property debate, inter-business disputes, partnership disputes, employment disputes, shareholder disputes, unfair competition lawsuits, disputes over debt and debt collection, fraud or misrepresentation of facts, insider trading issues, or violations of other securities laws, infringement of intellectual property (e.g., trademarks, trade secrets, copyrighted materials, or patents), breach of a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement (-NDA-)
2. Handle zoning and land use disputes, damage to the reputation of a business, distribution of business assets (e.g., when dissolving a company), data breaches, antitrust lawsuits, disputes over the sale or transfer of a business(e.g., mergers and acquisitions), copyright, patent, trademark filing, cheque bounce, payment recovery
3. Work on legal contracts & drafting

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 3rd Feb'22 and 10th Mar'22

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. A person who has recently completed their degree in Law, LLM preferred, either in the year 2020 or 2021

2. Looking for the person from Delhi registered with BCD or BCI
