Law/Legal Internship

1. Liaison with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions for empanelment, allotment of cases, periodical reporting on the resolution of allocated cases
2. Keep track of portfolios by maintaining MIS on the basis of feedback from bankers, an actual assessment of groundwork, review of the case
3. Handle periodical reporting and updating to bank/branch authority about progress
4. Handle regular visits to the borrowers/properties in all allocated accounts
5. Coordinate with back-office controller for necessary requirements
6. Stay responsible for getting DM/CMM order application and make all the arrangements related to that
7. Arrange everything for symbolic possession and physical possession liaison with police and duty magistrate/court commissioner
8. Assess the market value/status of the property mortgaged
9. Arrange the buyers for the sale of the property

Note: Training for the applicable law (SARFAESI Act), procedure, documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and practical knowledge would be provided at the beginning of the job besides day-to-day instruction & guidance at each step.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 5th Jan'22 and 9th Feb'22

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests
