We’re starting a formal internship program for those of you that want to work with us while studying, alongside other work commitments or while you may be on a sabbatical. All internships are paid. Volunteering is for projects that do not generate any revenue and require a few hours a week – we take volunteers for roles that do not substitute paid employment.

Note: all our work is remote at the moment (work from home).

Internship Program

We  are curating an internship program for high school and college students across ages to work, learn and grow with us. However, it is open to people not within formal educational systems as well. Details are below.

Types of internships available

  1. Research and curriculum development: work on researching issues of social justice, developing curriculum for courses and building resources with other team members. This may also include a chance to work on research studies.
  2. Product and program management: develop and support the management of operational and technical infrastructure for key programs, products and policies.
  3. Digital marketing and content creation: develop content in the forms of social media posts, reels, videos and more for digital media. Assist in digital marketing and media production if of interest: including SEO management, podcast and video editing etc.
  4. Advocacy: develop and support the implementation of advocacy programs, efforts to build counter power and narratives and capacities of changemakers.

  3. Synchronous availability is required between 4pm to 6pm on most days.
