The post globalization era is marked for the advancement of Technology and development. With increased penetration of technology, new opportunities in the cyber world have been created, both nationally and internationally.
Simultaneous to this, cyber security has got affected and created more vulnerabilities and risks. The criminals continue to harness technology to their advantage. The law enforcement and government machinery are left with no option but to devise alternative strategies to learn more about all aspects of this modern criminality and behaviour, to preserve the safety of society.
To ensure that proper justice is rendered, digital technologies has become an established part of crime investigation. There is a need to address this menace and curb the wrongdoers at the earliest possible opportunity. The legislators need to address the issue and all efforts need to be taken to create awareness among citizens and ensure their safety and protection in cyber space.
