The Journal is inviting submissions for Volume 1 Issue 1.
Submission Categories
Submissions can be made under the following categories:
- Long Articles (4000-8000 words*): The article must be a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of a contemporary issue in arbitration law and should include references to a range of sources and contributions in the form of alternatives and suggestions.
- Short Articles (2000-4000 words*): The article must be an analysis of a contemporary issue in arbitration law and should include a reference to a range of sources and contributions in the form of alternatives and suggestions.
- Case Comments (1500-4000 words*): The comment must be an analysis of a recent judgment, bringing out its relevance in light of the development of arbitration law, views expressed in the judgment and the opinion(s) of the author.
- Book Reviews (1000-3000 words*): The review must be a crisp account of recently published books on given topics, including the issues explored and related arguments of the author.
*The word limit is exclusive of footnotes and abstract. The prescribed word limit may be relaxed up to 10%, at the discretion of the Editorial Board.
General Submission Guidelines
- Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not be co-authored by more than two persons. Authors are permitted to send only one submission per author or a team of co-authors.
- Authors shall be informed of the status of their manuscripts after every stage of review. Editorial decisions shall be based solely on review of the final manuscripts, and no requests for expedited review shall be entertained by the Board.
- Manuscripts not in conformity with these guidelines may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Editorial Board. The Editorial Board reserves the right to send the manuscripts back to the authors for any modification(s) at any stage, in the event of non-conformity with any of the submission guidelines.
- The Editorial Board may, in its absolute discretion, waive any of the above rules or amend the process. In case of any dispute or ambiguity, the decision of the Editorial Board shall be final and binding.
- Citations must strictly conform to the standards laid down in the Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (4th ed., 2012). Submissions must use only footnotes as a form of citation. SCC citations for cases must be preferred wherever available.
- Submissions will be accepted on the contemporary and relevant issues on areas such as Company Law, Insolvency Law, Securities Law, Competition Law, Arbitration Law, Law of Taxation, IPR, Trade Law, and Employment Law.

- E-Certificate of Publication: E-Certificate of publication is given to all the authors published in each issue without any additional cost. The certificate is given to the authors as soon as the publication is live.
- Free DOI (Digital Object Identification): A DOI is a string of numbers, letters and symbols used to permanently identify an article or document and link to it on the web. A DOI will help a reader easily locate a document from the citation.
- Certificate of Excellence: The top 10 authors in each issue are given a Certificate of Excellence for their publication with other prizes.
- Timely Processing of Manuscript: The whole review process takes up to 48 hours.
- Internship Opportunities: The top three authors are provided with internship opportunities.
- Opportunity to be a Student Editor: Students are also provided with an opportunity to work as an editor for the Indian Journal of Law and Legal Research.

Students enrolled in 5-year or 3-year law course, Legal Professionals, Teachers, Researchers, Policy-Makers, Senior Academicians and any member of the legal fraternity.
How to Submit?
- Manuscripts for Volume I Issue I of r:cclr, which is scheduled to be published in June 2022, may be submitted via email to vidhan@rbitrationcclr.com latest by May 1st, 2022.
- Manuscripts will undergo a three-stage blind review conducted by the Board of Editors of r:CCLR over the course of time after the submission deadline for Volume 1, Issue 1 has elapsed.
- r:CCLR accepts manuscripts year-round, on a rolling basis, and any manuscript submitted after the aforesaid deadline will be considered for the subsequent issue i.e. Volume 1, Issue 1.

rbitration: corporate commercial law review is a bi-annual, open-access law review journal striving to bring forth quality research. Despite the appellation being “rbitration: corporate commercial law review” the focus of this journal is set on maintaining a balance. The primary aim in sight is to create a platform for understanding existing trends as well as setting out new ideas in the field of dispute resolution. All issues would be touching on topics closely related to dispute resolution, areas of international dispute settlement, including commercial and investment arbitration, and all other modes of Alternative Dispute Resolution, such as negotiation, adjudication, expert determination and mediation. The Journal covers topics relating to both private and public, including public international, law, and welcomes articles that take a variety of approaches to law, including doctrinal, historical, comparative, sociolegal, philosophical, political analysis and economic analysis of the law.
